When I read that Ziani could depart I just shake my head. I can't believe it. Yes he's been injured and inconsistant but to give up on a guy who you payed 8 million for after only 6 months makes no sense to me. I really hope Ziani and Cisse stay and these rumors die.

Juan Angel Krupoviesa is official, which is no surprise.

The Akale signing doesnt surprise me. I wasnt expecting someone better than Niang or Cisse or a bigger name. He is replacing someone on the roster who hardly played so it is an upgrade.

Yea, I kind of thought it would be Hoarau, but apparently Chelsea want him now. Akale certainly ought to be a better option than Moussilou or Fiorese, so I agree that its an upgrade. Hopefully he can do well, and the move can become permanent.

Damn, I think Cisse is gone. Theres supposedly a bunch of English teams who would pay 10 million for him and if that happens I read OM would not refuse the offer. We all know English teams have plenty of money and would definately be willing to over pay for a guy whos under performing. Of course this could all be BS but it seems plausable to me. Im almost certain OM arent looking to sell him especially with Niang leaving for the ANC but they arent gonna refuse a decent offer from a desperate English team. I just hope he refuses to go anywhere because then he stays.

10 million Pounds, or Euro?

I don't want him to go, either. Damn. They better not sell him unless they have a damn good replacement lined up.

During a press conference Tuesday, Pape Diouf admitted having received an offer of Manchester City for Djibril Cissé. But the president of the OM rejected. According to him, "Cissé will not leave. It will remain with the OM until the end of the season " "I will be clear: Djibril Cissé will not leave. It will remain with the OM until the end of the season "declared Pape Diouf Tuesday in press conference. The Marseilles president admitted having received an offer of Manchester City for his French international attacker but immediately rejected.

OM: Diouf gives its agreement for an attacker (09/01/2008)
With the occasion of a press conference yesterday, the president of Olympic of Marseilles Pape Diouf evoked the winter mercato of Phocéens. The Marseilles leader would have given his agreement for the arrival of a new attacker to the Velodrome. "We did not aim of player precisely, we do not have names to propose. I accept the idea that we can reinforce our offensive lines since it proves that Djibril Cissé can be our only true attacker today points some, one will see, released Diouf. One has until January 31 to aim. With the OM, research is permanent, either for the mercato of winter or for the mercato of summer." (By Pierre-Damien Lacourte)

De toute façon, je n'ai surtout pas de leçon à recevoir d'une personne qui a perdu tout son argent dans les casinos et dans les soirées...

Grandin is a signing for the future so not really anything to get excited about now.

No doubt he'll play for Libourne next season…

Gouffran was the one to buy…

He'd be better than what they have now and 6 million isnt that expensive but he'd probably choose Spain anyway.
