Well, Bamogo left for Nice, but yeah, not exactly an earth-shattering attacker combination. Then again, I'm assuming given the roster OM has that they'll play a 4-5-1, 4-2-3-1 or similar with Nasri in the "Zidane" role, with Cissé alone up front.

Thanks for the tip about Bamogo. I don't know why I thought he was still around.

Even if we play 4-2-3-1, as I think it's almost certain we will, Cisse gets injured all the time. One more attacker is absolutely necessary, and two would be ideal.

Can't disagree on that. Maxi López is apparently a player that Marseille are looking at, though if I were an OM supporter, I can't say I like that idea too much.

It would've been nice if Pagis stayed. I think he still has a year or two left in his legs.

Emon said that he'll play a 4-3-3 interchangeable with a 4-2-1-3, which is really a 4-2-3-1.

Agree with you...

Having only Cissé and Niang as real stickers is not enough. we need two more to enforce the front line.

It seems that Emon wants to use young players instead of buying other ones.Like Ayew...

Looks like Wiltord is out of the mix so I guess you can cross his name off.

It seems that Dreyfuss wants to use young players because they are cheaper instead of buying other ones.Like Ayew...

Fixed your post.

Believe me,Dreyfuss could hir some scouts and try to see some FW here in Brazil. My god,if Aílton made a hell at Werder some years ago many guys better than him play at Brasileiro 3rd Division and would cost +/- 250000 Euros.

Well, typical OM display - and I hate it.

Right now I dont think this team is as good as it was last year. You replaced Ribery with Zenden and some Algerian from Sochaux. That just isnt good enough. Did you see Ribery today play for Bayren ? 2 goals, he was awesome. I know it was just a pre season match and I know he didnt want to stay in France but damn, you just cant replace a player of that quality so easily. Remember right after he left, message boards were sayin Giuly would replace him. That didnt work out too well did it ? Givet is the only impressive signing they made. I havent seen Ziani but come on, no one outside of France knows who he is. Not too mention you still need 1 or 2 more attackers. I think this team will be in contention for 2nd or 3rd place but there are other teams they will be battling with.

In other words, he's a secret weapon.

I think Behadji for Lyon will be a secert weapon based on what Ive seen of him but Im sorry I havent really seen much of Ziani.

Ziani is quite good, he and Belhadj are the best Franco-Algerians in L1 (they were both born in France).

Nevertheless, I have to agree that as one would expect, Dreyfus/Diouf continue to be one of the worst front offices in L1, and Ribéry won't be replaced to anyone's satisfaction.

They missed out on Wiltord a guy who they were interested in and someone they could really use. Hard to believe they couldnt put together a more attractive proposal than Rennes. Or maybe its possible Aulas didnt want to help out OM. Oh well I guess they are aiming higher than Wiltord with someone like Maxi Lopez lol.

Cana will not leave Marseille. The only team i see him leaving for is AC Milan he even says it all the time on Albanian newspapers I will never play for another team in France other than Marseille.

Marseille need to spend some money to solidify their team especially up front.

I fear one of my fav playas in the world is gona leave Marseille for Inter. Samir Nasri. It has been reported that Inter will offer 17 million pounds for him. Also being a Real Madrid fan would be deeply disappointed if he left for another club.

What r his chances of leaving for Inter or coming to Madrid.

What r [nasri's] chances of leaving for Inter or coming to Madrid.chances for inter? SLIM

chances for real? NONE

at least not this year. the great thing about nasri is he's levelheaded, and he knows the worst thing for his career, even worse than the injury he picked up, would be to sign for and sit on the bench of a "big" club.

at Real he wouldn't sit on the bench though. He is seen as the alternative to Kaka'. And how long is he out for?
