Grimsby Town FC are the only team in Britain not to play in their home town. (Blundell Park is in Cleethorpes)
And I'm pretty sure that we're one of only two in the world!
And thats one of our only claims to fame.
(Other than we almost signed Gary Lineker at 17, are the best team in Europe proof ...] and we had the famed inflatable 'Harry Haddock' held by Des Lynam on Match of The Day. I think thats it.)

Clyde don't play anywhere near the Clyde.
Bolton don't play in Bolton.
Chester don't play in Chester (although that's marginal - the main stand is in Chester, but the actual pitch is over the border in Wales)
Reading hold the record away FA Cup defeat (0-18 v Preston) of any league club, as well as the record home FA Cup defeat (0-7 v Man City) of any league club. The 7-0 is now shared with Macclesfield, who equalled this 'honour' a few years ago. Due to having entered since 1872, I think we also hold the record for the most FA Cup defeats of any league club.
