I always skip over "Looks like Rain" because I can't stand listening to Bobby try to hit those notes.
Cold Rain and Snow is one of their best 'Rain' songs IMO. Love the whole first album. It is really similar in makeup to the Doors first album, both self titled, both end with long songs (Viola Lee Blues -Dead, The End - Doors) and both put out in the same year (1967). (How nerdy was that :eek: :D )

I was at a Ratdog show in NY back in 1997, when I needed to use the bathroom. They were playing "Eternity" at the time. The guy at the urinal next to me turns and says, "Yeah man, always pee during the Bobby songs." To which the guy next to him on the other side said, "Dude, we're at a Bobby show you moron!"

On a semi-Dead-related note, I bought some Jerry Garcia Merlot (2001) the other day on sale at World Market and popped a bottle last night. It is pretty good. Cool label too.

My 5 year old loves to sing along with that song....

She also sings Pot Kettle Black.
I am just waiting for the day she tells me that I am 'so oblivious to myself'.
