Seaman chops off ponytail and moustache


David Seaman has had most of his hair cut off and nearly all of his moustache.

After his World Cup quarter-final clanger against Brazil, his error against Macedonia earlier this month in the European Championship qualifiers and three Arsenal defeats in a row, Seaman has rung in the changes.

According to his hairdresser, the Arsenal legend has reduced his moustache to the merest stubble and has had his mane cut into a David Ginola-style bob.

This cant be true! Without the Dortmund or Fulham games on tele I wont get to see this for weeks. By then it will be back to normal.

I apologize for the misinformation. It was not an attempt to troll.

I also apologize for improper use of language. Instead of "sartorial," which refers to one's style of dress, I should have used "tonsorial," which refers to one's hair. Though that would not have provided a proper alliteration.

Congratulations on qualifying for the second round of the CL, and good luck with the rest of the season.
