Las autoridades de los clubes Guatemaltecos anunciaron este martes los jugadores se naturalizarán para poder ser inscritos en el fútbol. La idea es dejar libre las plazas de extranjeros y con ello tener la posibilidad de reforzar mejor sus equipos.

Los 7 jugadores costarricenses que tendrán la doble nacionalidad son Rolando Fonseca, Mauricio Solís, Jhonny Cubero y Ricardo González quines jugarán para Comunicaciones, Fernando Patterson y Sergio Morales actuarán para Xelajú, Floyd Guthrie para Petapa, Bernie Scott para Heredia, Richard Smith con Antigua, Sergio Martínez y Roberto Porras serán de Cobán Imperial. Solamente Comunicaciones gestionó 5 naturalizaciones ticas mientras que a Cobán le resta recibir la documentación de un Hondureño.

El Fútbol Hondureño contará con 42 jugadores extranjeros para la siguiente temporada de los cuales solamente 4 por equipo pueden conservar su nacionalidad de origen, los demás tendrán que asumir la Guatemalteca para poder actuar en este balompié.

Esta es la lista de los jugadores naturalizados para la temporada venidera en Guatemala:

Suchitepéquez (1):
El único confirmado es el brasileño Moacir Nene Filho. Los directivos buscan completar las otras plazas.

Municipal (2)
En pláticas tiene a los argentinos Víctor Müller y al portero Leonardo Díaz. Las otras dos plazas serán cubiertas por otros dos jugadores posiblemente argentinos.

Petapa (5)
Alexander Montaño, colombiano; Óscar Piñeiro, uruguayo; Jarol Miranda y Floyd Guthrie, costarricenses. También Ronaldo Luis Bernardo, brasileño.

Heredia (3)
Tiene contratados al argentino Jesús di Filipi, al costarricense naturalizado guatemalteco Bernie Scott y al brasileño Marcelo Saraiva.

Marquense (4)
Joao Batista, Víctor Pinheiro, Sandro Sandoni, brasileños, y Néstor Soria, argentino.

Jalapa (3)
Confirmó al argentino Jorge Sumich, y a los hermanos uruguayos Diego y Yair Rosa.

Comunicaciones (9)
Mauricio Solís, Rolando Fonseca, Ricardo González, Carlos Pavón, Milton Núñez, Julio Medina, Fabián Pumar, Johnny Cubero y Rigoberto Gómez.

Cobán Imperial (5)
Los costarricenses Sergio Martínez y Roberto Porras, así como los colombianos Jhon Jairo Quiñónez y Omar Royero y también el argentino Martín Plachot.

Antigua (4)
El argentino Leonardo Svagher es el único confirmado. Se dialoga con el costarricense Richard Smith, el brasileño Paulo de Oliveira y el argentino Martín Orlando.

Xelajú (5)
Israel Silva de Souza, el argentino Ciro Romanello, Sergio Morales, Fernando Patterson y, de acuerdo con los directivos, el brasileño Iverton Paes, quien dejó firmado un precontrato.

At that point in there pro career you got to go where the money Is... i know Saprisa, olmpia,all those big teams woud never sign them for all that money , They only invest on the Young superstars national players, Mostly for marketing purposes .. Comunicaciones Stink they wanted veterans who can Help from the start, and there already a pretty rich team, they play in new statdium its like 7 yrs old , they don't want to devolp the young players so there going for the vets and throwing money at them.. at this point if you play pro soccer in C.A. Guatemala is the league to go.

I'm talkin bout wages not skill, As far as money go guatemala is the league where the big buck$ is , and well established player would'nt mind going there.. Teams like saprisa, olmpia, & marathon, would pay these guys like the use too... these guys can still play though

Talent wise the leauges are both on par, Guatemala young superstars play on the big two, jus like Crc.. but the vets fom both countries & honduras would mind gettting paid a bit more and coming to GNL

If your from Guatemala like Iam then Guatemala has the best league, and if your from Costa rica then you think your leagues better. I know that Guatemala can be an even better league because of the money available and the population of the country but all this players take up spots our national players need in order to compete on the natinonal team level. If you look at the other leagues in Central America you wont see many Foreign players, but in Guatemala teams have 4 or more and its not only in the Liga Mayor, youll find them in big numbers in the first division,second division and even in the lowest the third division. There are 4 different divisions in Guatemala and in all the rosters youll find players from Argentina,Brazil,Chile etc.

In the last 12 years or so Costa Rican teams have won 4 times the Concacaf Champions Tournament (Saprissa 2x, LDA, Cartago). Last year LDA and Saprissa were on the final, Saprissa won this year. I would say the CRican league is much better
