Over the past 2-3 weeks I have become addicted to diet coke. I never really drank it before now i drink 4-5 cans a day. I'm concerned that this splendra sweetner that they added may actually be heroin. can anyone confirm that?

Yeah, they just started selling Diet Coke sweetened with Splenda...they still sell the regular version too, sweetened with NutraSweet.

That Diet Coke with Splenda is the ********. I personally drank a 12 pack in 2 days. You know I use Splenda so much now it's crazy and I know in 15 to 20 years they'll put out a report like they did with Margerine and how it kills you quicker then just using regular old butter.

This may be weird, but I prefer the taste of Diet Mt. Dew to the regular. I drink Diet Dew pretty regularly.

Well damn. I decided to try the Diet Coke thing yesterday, but I saw the Coke Zero and almost bought it before changing my mind. Maybe I would have liked it better.

You might have - tastes a bit more like regular Coke, for my money. Seems weird how many "Diet Cokes" are on the market just now.

I don't think so, unless you count C2 - but it isn't totally a diet soda.

My personal favorite is Diet Coke with Maker's Mark....but that isn't on the market yet ;)
