Hi garcia
Forgive me using English only.
I reserch leagues all over the world.
So I have several question about Liga Nicaragua.
1 Is Liga Nicaragua a full-time professional league
or semi-professional league?
2 Are there any full-time professional football clubs in Nicaragua?
3 How many spectators are there in a game of Liga Nicaragua?
4 Are there any foreign footballers in Liga Nicaragua?
If so,where are they from?
Do they play as full-time professionals or semi-professionals or amateur players?
5 which is more popular in Nicaragua, football or baseball?
I would be grateful if someone give me about these.

1 Is Liga Nicaragua a full-time professional league
or semi-professional league?
They have Three Divisions and a Female pro league, so it is pretty big and full-time.
Primera División 10 teams
Segunda División 10 teams
Tercera División 9 teams (believe it is for U 21)
Fútbol Femenino de Nicaragua Primera División 10 teams
and my favorite, Liga de Futbol Papyfutbol (for over 35 year old players) with 9 teams
Here is a sample from one of the biggest clubs:
Thank you for your interest in the Real Estelí Fútbol Club. (http://www.realesteli.com/index-en.html) We are the foremost football club in the First Division in the northern part of Nicaragua and the second oldest club in the country. Since 1961 we have been leading the sport of football in the Estelí province. Real Estelí FC is a First Division club formed mostly by youths from the Estelí area, as well as some from other regions of Nicaragua, loyal and brave representatives of Estelí.
We have competed for more than four decades at the highest sporting levels in Nicaragua as well as in the Central American area, with dedication, hard work, passion, and committed to all the brave "white and red" fans from Estelí that have allowed us to grow and keep a great team from the beginning of our history. Our club has notably influenced Nicaraguan football and has contributed good players and emotion inside the national teams.
Please come and learn about our team, our players, and the people that makes possible such a wonderful history. Thank you for your visit and we wait for you again!
If you wish to contact us, please write to ivnkg@ibw.com.ni.

4 Are there any foreign footballers in Liga Nicaragua?
If so,where are they from?
Do they play as full-time professionals or semi-professionals or amateur players?
Local talent, Honduras, El Salvador and from Costa Rica. Here some others to note:
Barú (Peru)
Francisco Pérez Baho (Spain)
Santiago Otero Díaz (Spain)
Jonas Matersson (Sweden)
Milciades Mines (Colombia)
Fernando Marques (Brazil)
Henry Barrientos (Chile)
All types of players from real pros to amateurs, depending on which division and if you are with a big club or even in the national team pool.
5 which is more popular in Nicaragua, football or baseball?
Corporación Deportivas Las Segovias S.A. runs the baseball team (which makes money) and the soccer team in Estelí (which was losing money). That tells you something, no?
Not sure, probably depends who you ask.
Heck, they even play international "american" football know in Central America, really, and basketball.
At the very least, try to email this guy:

Hi there,
MUcho Gracias Garcia.e efernandez.
I appreciate Gracias reply my questions to such details.
I am very glad to get these information.
And I surprised to hear Female pro-league also exists in Nicaragua.
When did it start?
And May I ask you one more question?
Does Haiti have a full-time professional league?
If you know ,tell me something about it,please.

What is up with them? Is it not a very populous country? Do people there not play soccer? Losing by 17 goals to a Panamainian (sp?) club is a horrible result. Does anyone know anything about this country?
