Nicolas Anelka wants to return to the Premiership after less than six months with Turkish champions Fenerbahce. (Daily Mirror)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
So the Incredible Sulk wants to return? Not happy with things in Turkey?
He's had his chance and earned his deserved reputation in the EPL, so who would possibly want him now?

Anelka was unhappy as early as the fenerbahce signing press conference.
When they unveiled him he couldnt even raise a smile. It was inevitable he would want to leave within the first 12 months.

Has Anelka ever been happy anywhere? ever?
Is his brother still his agent? You know, the guy that helps engineer a move for him every 18 months or so just to keep the family businees going.

What do you mean right side of half?
Right wing? That makes no sense.
Who do they play up top, Marcio Nobre?

Saw him play against Galatasaray - very good first half, tired/lost interest in the second; however, I might've been blind, but I did not see him drift very much out to the wing at all.

This guy would be a world beater if he didn't have ants in his pants! He left Arsenal to early, he was un-successful at Madrid and PSG, revived a bit at City then shoots himself in the foot again with a move to fenerbache. He has never fulfilled his potential, but will be a good signing and i would enjoy seeing him back in the premiership.

The new or likely to go teams will definetely be interested. In fact, the mid table teams might be interested too. You can say a lot of bad stuff about Mr Sulk, but at least he did well during his time in Man City. That is, provided he no longer thinks he is god and try to get huge wages.....

Anelka has everything you want in a striker, his big issue has to be his personality. I for one would actually like to see him at Spurs, because he can do the job, nothing like seeing him score the winning goal at our last ever fixture at Highbury :D
