Stupid money grabbing crap player.

...Whenever I have seen him play, he is rubbish, even when I watch him play against Cyprus in an international. Cyprus are useless. They are on the same level as San Marino, and he is there best player and couldn't do anything right the entire night.

Haven't seen him play but he's very highly rated in Spain. I wouldn't mind seeing him at spurs, he's not very expensive and we've got money to burn. Perhaps a poor man's Rosicky?

....All I can liken his attitude to is Kanoute's. His head keeps dropping. He's not worth the risk. Please trust me on this. I've seen him play more than 10 times (twice live) and I have never seen him have a good game.

His agent rates him highly in Spain. No one else.

Benayoun has been one of Racing's best players. He scored 9 goals in the league. They survived in the league with only him and Regueiro being their inspirational players.

In the bigger international games he looks interested like the rest of his team-mates, that may not be the case when they play against Cyprus and San Marino.

Anyway he might be going to CSKA Moscow.

I thought he'd already snubbed an offer from eith Spartak or CSKA. Let's face it, who really fancies playing in Russia?

....where did you hear that? If that is true, then Abramobitch is in breach of FIFA rules. An owner/financial backer/main stake holder in a club cannot own or back 2 clubs.

His company sponsors CSKA. They apparently have the biggest sponsorship deal in Europe read into that what you will.

FIFA are looking into this sort of thing (there will be a conflict of interests if CSKA play Chelsea in the Champions League). Abramovich's company Sibneft i think sponsors CSKA who have since been buying lots of top quality players like the Brazilians Carvalho and Wagner Love. Abramovich is also understood to be bankrolling MSI's injection of capital into Corinthians who have also bought loads of players including Tevez. I agree the set-up stinks but let's face it, ENIC own shares in plenty of European clubs too.

As for Putin cracking down on the oligarchs, unfortunately he's only going after those that challenge him politically and Abramovich is quite sensible in that respect

....3 points.

1. Wagner Love.......was his mother a porn star or something similar?

2. ENIC have sold all their remaining shares and options in the 5 clubs they had them in after FIFA cracked down on that in 2002.

3. Putin isn't after rich politicians only. There are currently 3 billionaire tycoons left. One by one, they will suffer.
