The amusing thing, is that you completly right. In England our TV coverage by SKY has an interactive channel that has a fan from each team doing the commentry. It's called "Fanzone". It's quite amusing to watch. One of my mates is one of the Arsenal commentators.
I've watched a few matches with Fanzone commentary, and it is so damn funny at times. The best I have heard so far was when Everton played Liverpool and it sounded like they were going to have to break them up from a fight. ;)

With the precedent FIFA has sent with regards to Roma.. wouldnt this make alot more sense than a flimsy fine that chelsea seems to get regularly?
