how did you guess that I was listening to Louder than Bombs? ;) Still one of my favorite discs of all time.......
I have been weird about music lately though-have been listening to a lot of the old stuff....REM, Hoodoo Gurus, Smiths, U2 (old stuff-pre Joshua Tree only).....
Lucky guess.
Btw, "What's my Scene" by the Gurus.....boy.....I can crank that song....close my eyes...and immediately...I'm a senior in high school again. It's amazing how some songs can completely transport you like that.

Saw the Gurus at the Fox-good show-and you are right about the songs....I still know all the words to the songs....looks like Ryan is going to meet up with us at the Brewhouse and bring a little more nostalgia with him-Connells CDs! :D

Question: I was watching the Arsenal-Middlesborough replay from last August on Fox Soccer Channel -- who in the heck were the announcers?
Sounds like they just put a fan from each team in the booth and let 'em have at it. Mind you, it beat listening to Max Bretos in the same way that Heidi Klum in a bikini beats Anne Widdecombe in a bikini.

The amusing thing, is that you completly right. In England our TV coverage by SKY has an interactive channel that has a fan from each team doing the commentry. It's called "Fanzone". It's quite amusing to watch. One of my mates is one of the Arsenal commentators.

He's the one that did both the Newcastle match's, the Liverpool game, Charlton - hmm, can't remember the others. Ed is his name.
