But presumably you'd prefer him to Kanoute...

You didn't need to ask him that do you, someone who prefers Crouch to Kanoute :p

I could say that I find it funny that you prefer Kanoute over Crouch, but who am I to judge? :D

There is no pace or power to Crouch's game, it's all about winning headers and nice soft touches. Have you ever seen him score from outside the area? We would have to play a long-ball game if Crouch arrived and, while i think he's a good player, i believe kanoute is far superior technically, is more explosive and has far more experience

Kanoute is like a gazelle but Crouch is more like a daddy-longlegs. Crouch will get fouled and not get free kicks for it because he's very light but Kanoute is stronger and more of a physical threat.

I also think Kanoute has better touch and is more skillful than Crouch.

Rmort99 summed Crouch up perfectly: "It's all about winning headers and nice soft touches."

.....you are right. But how often do we see this side to Kanoute's game? I saw it twice last season. Once was against Villa.

If only he could do it more often!!!

I either comb my hair nicely or pull it all out when I watch him play.

Your pubic hair? I twissle mine into a Salvador Dali-esque moustache for away games and go for the Grobbelar-look when we're at home. It's for luck

We've already had Crouch once, why do we need him again?!

He's taller this time round.

Significantly taller?

if something is "significant" then Spurs can't turn it down.

I make my pubes look like his moustache by twissling them and adding a touch of bee's wax

i was thinking about going with a napoleon III style as an homage to our new french manager, but santini was gone before i could get the look down.

I've just tried the Grobbelaar look. It looks better on my wife.
