He is a player I rate. Nice big striker and quite young too.

I rate Ashton, he's scored lots of goals in a struggling Norwich side and i reckon he could be a great signing, i doubt he'll leave after just joining them though.

I also don't think he will leave, he was really brought to Norwich as a Championship player where if they went down they wouldn't have to let him go as they would have done if the brought in a foreign player or another Premiership player.

I think he would be a very good player to have. Probally wont come though, like everybody else we are linked too.

....we were close in signing him before he went to cook for Delia. Maybe, just maybe, they'll sell at around £5 million.
Imagine how many jam tarts you could make for £5 million??

They won't sell him, he is going to be their striker that will fire them straight back to the Premiership. Much like Andy Johnson.

AJ will leave. He'll go on strike if he has to. Sven tells his players (like all international managers) that they have to be playing at the highest level if they are to stand a chance of getting into his squad.
Johnson won't be selected if he's playing in the Championship. Maybe once or twice, but then he wont be.
Ashton is an under 21 international, so it doesn't really matter. Plus, Delia packs him a lovely hamper each time he goes on international duty and Taylor and the boys have a great time.
