Allright, who jinxed us by calling this fixture? Time to stand high before the Kangaroo court. What a kick in the nuts. But hopefully this means at the end of next season, we will be playing against a team with something on the line, having secured the Premiership trophy ourselves. :)

Interesting schedule. Open against Newcastle at home, then off to Chelsea. Chelsea at home on Dec. 17 and we don't see ManU until 2006.

I'll be curious to see if the FA gives us a decent match for the last one at Highbury. I think it has to be either Man U, Chelski or Sp*rs. I'll be sorely disappointed if it's Fulham, Blackeye Rovers or Wigan!
DOH!

Seriously, though, who the hell makes the schedules up? Even the Pirates got the courtesy of playing the Cubs in the last game at Three Rivers. All I have to say is they better make it up to us next season by opening Emirates with a decent side instead of one that just got promoted!

It'll be a party atmosphere whatever the team... As long as we don't need a result...

Have you thought that maybe the powers that be considered giving you lot a p!ss easy opponent for the last game would mean you left Highbury with a 4-0 flourish rather than a loss?

Wow, that is some positive thinking my friend, but they could have scheduled Everton for that! :D

4-0 !??? 4-0 ??!!!

Let's see, we need a hat-trick from DB10, a goal from our captain, and obviously 1 from TH14, so it's got to be 5-0 at least!

Looks like we will see the arrival of The Coach on these shores on Saturday october 29th, which means he should be able to take in Champions league match as well!!!

Coincidentally, just got an email from BritishAirways today, telling me they are dropping their prices on flights leaving after Sept. 1. The email made it look like they had some great deals, especially on midweek departures.

Looks like I can go roundtrip on British Airways for just under $500.

I, of course, will try and get my dirt cheap 1st Class seat on American as my first option... :D

Thats just not fair!!! $500 is far cheaper than we can get those flights for!!!

I'll put you down for a Spurs away and a CL, do I take it you will be staying the week therefore taking in the Highbury match as well against Sunderland or Man City????

I'm paying $1,700 to go from Taipei to Pittsburgh and back, plus they're making me stop in Detroit! , so I don't want to hear it! ;) :D

On another note, I'm about to meet a Chelsea supporter for dinner. If any of you have any messages for him, I'll be happy to deliver them.

Yeah, we will be a nice start to Newcastle's downfall next season.

It seems we will be done with Chelsea early, and then we will deal with Man U. At least the trip to Old Trafford doesn't come early like it has been for the past few seasons. I would love it if we are the ones to end off a horrible season for the Man Bucs :p

The game against the scummers is the penultimate game at Highbury but this will need to be changed because we'll have an FA Cup Semi that weekend, then we have to play the second leg of the CL semi.
