that is a little weird.. but it definitely explains the rule of WHAT NOT TO DO..
shame that henry cant do his trademark "tshirt phrase to a mate"

It looks like some kind of warning poster the FA or the EPL put out to remind everyone of the one time Forlan actually scored in England....
