Whos going?

Anyone got any recommendations of bands to check out. No jazz though.

I'll probably head down there. The To-Be-Mrs. Ballerina has a thing for Watershed.

Comfest Schedule (http://comfest.com/schedule.htm)

I'm planning on going Friday night and maybe Sunday night.

Illogic Friday night at 9:25, the New Basics Brass Band is a fun show at 10:45 the same night and Blueprint Sunday night at 9:15 are what I'm looking forward to.

Interesting to see how comfest has exploded in popularity since it first started, and how the community now is all of Franklin County, as well as other communities.

Parking is only the real hassle, but with the Arena District nearby, i'm sure those spots would be the best, if not the only ones available.

I will be in town this weekend, should I make it part of my plans? I've been once 4 years ago

Free music (5 stages, 3 days), cold beer, maybe a few topless women, can't go wrong.

Dude, most of the topless women are dirty hippies who don't shave their armpits. But hey, if you're into that kind of thing it's none of my business.

Well it's the only topless woman he's ever gonna see outside of his computer screen -- so it might be nice for him.

Anyone read the story about comfest in the other paper this morning?

I am going to bring my Slayer CD just in case the hippies get out of control. "Hippies hate Death Metal." -Cartman

I'll be there Friday and Saturday, mostly at the off ramp stage. 6pm for Tim Easton, and 9pm for Greenhorn. Saturday I'm at the off ramp stage from 4pm-10pm. I'm pretty sure I'll just throw on the old white Crew training top. If you see me out there lets sort a beer or two out. Even if it is Rolling Rock...

I hate it when I have to wok on Friday nights! (insert smiley)
