1. Only one off topic thread open at any one time, just as it was in the regular forum.
2. Thread closed after 500 posts, as always.
3. Trolling the OT thread will not be tolerated

Well this new member of the dictator clubs suggests that we make some new rules. We already don't enforce the "1. Only one off topic thread open at any one time" rule. I don't see why we can't make some other changes to open this forum up a bit. Thoughts?
BTW, I'm opening this thread to get thoughts from non-Mods. We can close it later and dump non-rules into another thread.
