Surinam has a lot of players playing in the Dutch 2nd division. If they had enough money to fly them back and forth they might have a decent (by regional standards) side.

Yeah, if they had these Dutch players I am sure Surinam wouldn't have a problem beating French Guyana.

Last time I heard it ended 1-1 but I am not sure.
Anyone here with a more concrete score and match report?

Yeah, it ended 1-1. Ruiz scored a pk for Guatemala in the 53rd minute, and Fabian Taylor equalized for Jamaica about 10 minutes later off a corner kick.

also, it is interesting to note that Craig Zaide played for Jamaica. i guess he never turned down a call-up, after all.

Leeward Islands tournament was supposed to be held on Nov 29-30 in BVI, but they might be put back until the new year because of a problem with the Tortola facility (the field isn't ready).

SPL side Dundee face Trinidad & Tobago champs San Juan Jabloteh this friday as well as a president's XI on sunday. T&T's Brent Sanchos, Ken Gray and Kelvin Jack are all on trial with Dundee.
