Ive received a text on this from someone who "usually" has reliable info. I haven't heard it from anywhere else. It would certainly be a good signing, I think he's a exciting young player.

Yeah i've heard good thins about him but i have heard he is not the fastest player which isn't that great considering how fast we play but as long as he isnt slow there shouldn't be a problem.
Its only Ray Parlour

I've read/heard the complete opposite in terms of his pace.

He was useless against Scotland. His most potent weapon is through balls. Great if they work, but if you defend against that then he moves further and further away from the attack and ends up being isolated.

Think i'll rely on more independent sources. Thank you.

You have only seen him play once, haven't you.

I've seen him play for several years. Ask others for clarification if you don't believe me.

What you have to realise is Teso is the 'Grima Wormtongue' of these boards. Everything he says is veiled with callous intent to harm and divide.

who give a crap how he was against Scotland...players tend to play like crap against crappy teams anyways.

It depends how you look at it. He's reputedily a playmaker who doesn't score as often as he maybe should. If that's what you meant to imply, fair-enough.
But his supposed qualities are his speed, dribbling ability, vision and passing range. That's wee a bit more than just saying he plays a decent through-ball.

Im sure if he did come to arsenal he would score more goals, from what i have seen though his shooting is pretty awful. He is a great creative player though and rarely gets injured.
Last season.
14 assists in 34 games
2 goals.

If there is one manager who can tweak and modify players' "identity" on the pitch, it's Wenger. Let's see what he can do if we sign Hleb. ;)

Teso will have nothing positive to say about a player until he signs for ManUtd, at which point, contrary to all evidence, Teso will call him better than Frank Lampard.

You say you watched him play for several years but you say he's useless based on the Scotland game.
Well I recall the game against Manure where he blew by Keane and Scholes and led the destruction against them in the CL.

Go ask the Mancs if you need any clarification on how good Hleb is, he tore them a part at OT in the CL last year...he is class no doubt about it.
