I just got my ticket for the final over the phone. So far only 10,000 tickets have been sold for all three California dates.

Now for the good stuff...

I got a category II ticket (with the S.D. Spirit deal of course). These tickets are in the center sections (4 and 5) above the walkway. There are General Admission sections available (they are in the end zone) and cost $20 each, make sure you ask for GA, they're not really that highly advertised. If a Sam's Army section is going to happen, it would probably be in these sections (at this point no one from SA has called them about a section). Since I'm in NoCal, I have no way to gauge the interest in having a section for the final. If someone down in the LA area (or say a plucky group of Spirit supporters) want to announce a gathering in the GA section. I will gladly sell my ticket for the cheaper seat to join in on the fun. Since it's GA as long as we gather behind anybody who wants to sit, standing shouldn't be a problem (however, since it's the Rose Bowl we're talking about here, a big knock on wood for this).

Flags are to be no larger than 2x3. That definitely means no big-ass flags of any kind will be let in. My Old Glory is 3x5, but I get the feeling they're not going to be watching that closely.

Drums...
You will need a drum pass to get them in. Inter-Forever is supposed to be sending me a drum pass with my ticket. I'll update this thread when I receive my ticket. If you want one, ask to talk to Margaret at Inter/Forever (213-620-8087) when you get your ticket. I don't have a flight case for my bass drum so I can't bring it down, but I might bring down one of my hand drums. If not, I'll gladly let someone else use my pass (if I get it).

I'll be staying at the Pasadena Hilton (I allowed myself that luxury). Flying in Saturday afternoon and leaving Sunday afternoon (after partying on Saturday night, baby!)

See ya'll there,
Guy

The good news is I got my ticket; the bad news is (as I feared) there was no drum pass in the envelope. I think I recall the same thing happening to Sam's Army members during the men's Gold Cup.
I'm not gonna to sweat it though. I still have my voice!!!

As we get closer to the game I'll check the thread to see if there's any interest in gathering. If not I'll see if I can recruit a group of ponytailed hooligans at the game and teach them some cheers...

"If I had the wings of an eagle..."
...just kidding (but damn that would be funny):)

Honestly, nothing official, but there's nothing stopping you from singing and cheering. I'll be in section 4 (look for the red hardhat), trying the rally the soccer mom's and PTH's into not worrying so much about their images, and into cheering the team. Feel free to look for me if you want to join me.

Oh to have a crowd as uninhibited as the Mexican fans during the Costa Rica/Mexico game. Small crowd, but their passion definitely came through on my TV.

See ya'll Saturday night,
Guy.
