Happened across this tidbit and didn't see it mentioned here anywhere. Thought folks might be interested:

It seems that Sneaky Pete and Ivan Mckinley both played for the Cocoa Beach Expos PDL team in an Open Cup match recently, and both got sent off.
Roma took a 3-0 lead by the 25th minute on goals by Jamie Harrigan, Patrick Shamu and Juan Sastoque -- all players for the Dallas Sidekicks of the MISL when the team ceased operation before the 2004-2005 season. Seven minutes later, McKinley was sent off for head-butting Mark Rowland, another Sidekicks player.
and then ...
Things settled down a bit until the 86th minute, when the second penalty of the match went in favor of Roma and was converted as Harrington became the third player to net two goals in the contest.
Two minutes later, the Expos' Marino was shown a yellow card for the second time in the game and was subsequently sent off.
