I think the only way to have a better competition in our area involves uniting our leagues into one. Iam mostly focusing on the top 4 leagues, Guatemala, Costa rica, Honduras and El Salvador. A good number of teams would be 20 with 5 teams from Guatemala and the rest of the leagues. What teams would you include from your country? We can make a Premier League, fisrt, second and third divisions. I have a list of my own but Iam not an expert on the leagues other than Guatemala. I would like to know what you guys think and what teams you would choose.

i like the idea like a central american champions league. i dont know about uniting leagues though . it should be the same way the european champion league is with extra fixtures to a top team season schedule aside from the regular season it plays. concacaf is doing this any way? but a C.A. would be more exciting. more passion , and there won't be any mex leauge team already claiming that Sh^t before the tourment starts.

I think its an interesting idea, but what would happen to the clubs who would not be included in the competition?

We could have lower leagues like in England like the Championship

Exactly, we can have a first and second division like in England, I think that would make our teams better and they would be at a higher level when they face other from our area.

I really dont like this idea, i'll rather see a good CCC, with 24 teams, groupstage+ko stage

That's about right.. If you were picking the best "right now" I would sub San Salvador in for Aguila... But for all time, I would leave Aguila there and in the second division, for El Salvador I would put:
San Salvador/Aguila
Once Lobos
Atletico Balboa
Municipal Limeno
