How many hours do you train footy, how often a week? and a tip, is it best to train specifically for one day or everything from touch to passing. I practice alone mostly. I usually just touch all parts everyday for at least an hour but thats not much stretched from control, moves, dribbling, freekicks, and juggling, and a lil bit of long ball play. Your thoughts of improving ?

I don't know about the other parts of soccer but ball control a few days (an hour a day or so) will do the trick. I trained a three days and I already had doubled my bouncing record. Well...hope it helps...and condition is a bit harder a few three weeks of at least 5km jogging at high pace you'll nearly 'feel' that your fitter. Hope this helps.
P.S Don't stop training although you got a good enough part of soccer in control.

Its good to practice ball control but it doesnt really work on your fitness. I tend to do an hour to an hour and a half of ball work and then i will go for a run every night.
