Does Baltimore count as "non" local. I am moving to Baltimore in mid-July and was wondering how many DC fans live here. How is the commute to RFK?

There are a pretty good amount of DC United fans in Baltimore. In this thread a little further down is a Baltimore thread. The drive to DC is pretty quick for weekend games. I live in the city and can get there in less than an hour. I-295 is a straight shot and pretty much drops you off at the stadium.

If you go to the All Northern Fanaticos thread as Weasel stated you will see a list of folks who post on these boards who are from Baltimore.
I'd say a healthy group of at least 10-15 (if not more) folks take the trip every home game. Some guys live north of town and come down too.
