I've been practicing the drive on walls lately, but I'm still not quite exactly sure how I should strike the ball. When I kick the ball, should my leg just be straight and kick straight forward? Sorta like when you're standing, and lift up one leg and just kick it forward. Or should I sorta have it at the side and tilt the leg and angle the ankle down so it's more horizontal than veritcal? Thanks for any help.

I was taught to strike the ball with my foot app. 30-45 degrees to the vertical line.

Never have your leg straight unless you're lunging for the ball.

Basically you can teach yourself proper technique (or a technique that works for you) by making sure that your planted leg is bent, instead of straight up.

Gah, I've been practicing alot, but it's still not coming to me. Everyone says if you keep practicing, you'll eventually hit the "sweet spot" and you keep on practicing and try to make a replica of that shot over and over again. But the thing is, I dont know when I've done a shot correctly or not. ?_?

If you can, try to find a video of someone doing this shot. Then - again, if you can - try to videotape yourself and pick out the differences between the two.

Another option could be to get a good coach/player to watch your shot and tell you what you're doing right/wrong.

The coach and player option isnt available and the video taping wouldnt really help, seeing as I wouldnt know which shot is done correctly =x
