I've got a great idea on how to resolve the Liverpool place in the Champions league.
I think that the FA should take this place not off everton but off chelsea for there scamming and just basically cheating all the time. They are never going to learn by throwing £300,000 fines at them they've got too much money to give a crap. This way they won't do it and the FA will be killing two birds with one stone.
If not actual do this plan but just warn them of it as now there looking like there in the s**t now with spurs.
What does everyone think.
