I'd say I know 80% or more of those bands.

I've heard of a majority of em.

How the Pixies can charge 35 dollars for a ticket is a disgrace. Especially when $30 of it probably goes to Frank Blacks pre show buffet. Fat talentless bastard.

I'll actually be at that show. Three guys in Streetlight Manifesto used to be in Catch 22, and I've been told by a buddy that they play some of the older Catch tunes at their live shows.

All of this is well and good...

Walkmen tonight for free. Street Cred check is in the mail.

Well zak, they put out a string of ******** records that a bunch of pimply faced indie rock kids like cause they think it gives them street cred to like the band who had a song in fight club. And then the bastards reunite. And as Frank Black's waist expands so do the ticket prices for the reunion tour. I'm more likely to stumble into a fall-out boy show by accident than give those pricks my money.

I seem to remember you admitted on these boards that you like Queen. This bollocks brings your street cred to an all-time low.

Right on, I should have Junior with me so we'll sort some beer out.

I agree with you on the Pixies by the way, although there are one or two songs that I don't mind too much. If only, Killers, Walkmen and Interpol were on the bill tonight. That'd make me all to dreadful day end perfectly.

The only one i had was bossanova, i traded it for a portishead album.

I can't believe anyone has the balls to knock Queen on these boards. Queen is one of the finest bands ever. Swagger and anthems. Fantastic stuff.

The best show in the midwest this weekend will be in indy though...
