i havent had cable in years, but i just recently got satellite tv. once i found out about this show i programmed it in the DVR so i could make sure i see it every week.

the production values are pretty crappy (GOL tv allways seems to be a step below FSC in this area), but the content is great.

Ray Hudson is great. the guy with the white hair on the right is good as well. the dude in the middle (is that Schoen?) is ok, i like the other two better. one stragne observation i have about him is how odd his torso looks sitting there in that suit jacket. he is oddly shaped and just seems... puffy. it disturbs me.

but, great show. really glad to have it around. its one of the few shows i have set up to record every week.

Yep, Phil Schoen in the middle. And he's that puffy in real life, too (saw them all walking out of the HDC after the US Open Cup final)...it's really just all in the middle. But I agree, it seems like he's wearing a suit jacket a size too small.

Lindsey Dean's on the right. I like him and Ray the most. I still think Phil doesn't get into the discussion enough; it always seems like he's trying to keep the show moving along, always adding something like "but, we'll talk about that in later episodes."

Another think I've noticed about Phil Schoen...he really emphasizes the "world" in World Cup. It's always like WORLD cup when he says it.

American Soccer is must viewing for me. It's great to see broadcasters focusing on USMNT, MLS and USL instead of listening to Eurosnobs call FFF to debate who should be playing attacking mid for Bolton.

I record Fox Football Friday and fast forward most times for the 1-2 minutes they actually talk about MLS or the USMNT. Steve and Nick are very entertaining but I wish they would do MUCH more on MLS and USMNT.
