Wont happen, I dont think Glazer is anywhere near powerful enough to bring it around, he would have to change the whole structure of european football, including uefa and even fifa, just to line his pockets?
He could try, he would fail miserably IMO.

It's possible. He would not be doing it by himself. The G-14 or G-16 clubs could decide to break off from their leagues to form their own league, jump out of FIFA/UEFA & go it alone. There's been previous rumblings in this area. They would make their own rules & control their own schedules, marketing, broadcasting & financing. Many top players would choose club/big money over country if UEFA bars the big clubs' players from national teams. I'm not saying probable, but big owners with big egos might prefer their own league to the control of FAs & UEFA, etc.
