Simple question, sorry if it's already been discussed somewhere:

You are coming into town for the USA match. Will you be staying for the RSL-FCD match? I think most of the locals will stay, and obviously as a Loyalist I'd like it if everyone stayed too (might as well cheer for the home team while you're at it)

what do you say?

It'll probably depend.

For me, if the US wins ... there's a good chance, I'll follow the crowd (if we're allowed to tailgate post-game) and celebrate outside. But then again ... eh ... who knows. I think it'll be a spur of the moment decision.

If we're not allowed to tailgate, I'll most likely stay for at least the first half before heading back to wherever the post game party is (Iggy's?). If the game is entertaining, I'll stick around.

I just know I'll be dead tired and hoarse after the US match ... and so the decision will be based on multiple factors (including ... where's the closest alcohol!).

Sorry I can't give you a better answer. You'd probably have been better off with my just not answering! :o

I'm staying because I want to see Rusty Pierce put the smack down on Carlos Ruiz.

It's too bad Franchino won't be there ... we could see Mathis cower like a little bitch again. :D

According to 3rd Degree (http://www.3rddegree.net/thirdindex.cfm?page=article&show=700), Ruiz is doubtful for Saturday's game AND Guatemala's WCQ on Wednesday. Needless to say, FCD and Guatemala fans are freaking out.

At least, FCD will still have Ronnie O'Brien: watching him play might be worth sticking around for.

Actually, a couple of the local breweries do okay with the alcohol limit - as stupid as it is.

I'm staying for the MLS game. Going to Sunday's reserve match, too.

My three favorite teams are the USMNT, Rapids, and whoever's playing RSL.

Will try my best to stay for half. Must return to Vegas to bed down, and then get a few hours and get back to LA. No disrespect intended. MLS fan from day one. Love the support you are getting, and would stand with you to boo that Diving SOB, if he bothers to show up. He may just take a vacation.....

Don't have any plans to....win, lose or draw. But I think it'll depend on where the supporters crowd heads, after the game.

Speaking for myself, if we lose or draw, I'll most likely just head back to my hotel after the game & "wallow in my own misery" at the outcome!!

Fortunately, I DON'T see that happening & PLAN to head to Iggy's or wherever the celebrating will take place.

Since I'm driving 500+ miles and staying the night, I'll stick around for the Real SLC game. It'll be kind of anti-climatic, but hopefully fun still.

Hell yes!

You don't go to a party. You make your own party. May as well support the clubs in the process!
