There are several teams across the country and throughout the United Soccer Leagues who are trying to get webcasts on the air, but have a hard time finding people to actually do the play by play for the games. (Many USL teams, especially the lower divisions have very small staffs)

I was wondering how many people are out there who either have experience with broadcasting soccer or are looking to get into the business. Previous broadcasting experience would be a plus, but certainly not required.

If you have a team near you (check http://www.uslsoccer.com/teams/index_E.html for all the USL teams) that doesn't have a radio or internet radio broadcast going on, post in this thread and we'll see if we can help get more USL games on the air.

I would love to help, but being in Chicago there are no teams close. This would have been a great opportunity.

Where do the Chicago Fire Premier (PDL) or the Chicago Gaels (W-League) play?

If you're looking for an opportunity to broadcast soccer, there are plenty of top notch youth clubs and college programs that play in the Chicago area that might want their games broadcast. Or maybe we could talk to the Chicago Fire about broadcasting their Reserve League games?

Just an idea.
