I neither care for Arsenal, nor for Man U (even although Carroll is from my home town, so I did feel for him). In fact, I hate Arsenal.

What happened in Scotland on Sunday was incredible, only because it all came down to the last minute. My thoughts are to wish the best to Martin O'Neill and his family. I hope we'll see his wife get well and him back in football.

Now, Liverpool today - what can be said? That's why every game has to be played, and regardless of the score (in football, or war, or life) one always must push ahead.

My feelings are that on Monday we must take it to Preston and our young lads must define their careers and their lives.

Justice will be done and we'll be back in the top league.

There is only one United and I believe that they are from east London.

Okay, so I've had a few single malts, but I still believe.

Did I ever say how much I admire Pardew.......................

My best to all my WHU friends.

Make you 100% right Toronto, now was that a PROPER football match last night or what?!! Absolutely incredible, and a lesson for all teams there to never EVER give up, no matter how much the odds are stacked against you.

I've been an avid footie fan for more years than I care to remember, but this game of ours never ceases to amaze me.

Roll on Monday, UP THE 'AMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those who are sceptical about fate. (as in our 1st game in this league being against PNE, etc).

In 1981........

Prince Charles got married.

Coronation Street's Ken and Deirdre got married.

There was a new Doctor Who.

Liverpool won 17 league games and finished 5th in the table.

Norwich and Crystal Palace were relegated.

Liverpool won the European Cup.
