I'm going to be in San Jose during the match, so I'll be heading over to the Britannia Arms Pub in San Jose to watch.

You can try asking over in the Earthquakes forum to see if anyone has anything organized, but aside from a few fans who are going to Chicago for the game, I haven't heard of any organized viewing parties. (I'm going to be doing family time at home so no pub for me.)
The Brit is great but it will probably be crowded, and more England fans than USA fans. It'll be a fun atmosphere but if you want to get a seat, you should get there an hour or so before the game.
