But for something a bit more lighthearted, his cameo in "Zoolander" was pretty cool. :)

I quite like Tom Waits' various acting turns: Down by Law and even the circus of Dracula.

Sinatra was also great in "The Manchurian Candidate."

Tom Waits was acutally Lily Tomlin's husband in Short Cuts. Lyle Lovett played the psychotic baker calling the family about their son's birthday cake. I also thought Lyle Lovett was really good in Altman's The Player as one of the cops (alongside Whoopi Goldberg) investigating Tim Robbins.
