Maybe Liverpool can win in Istanbul Wednesday.

Unfortunely that will not cheer me up.

I don't know if there is much positive to take from an 88th minute goal
and hereafter collapse. Nevertheless, there is a game next week if any of us care ( it is a Cup game at least ). With any luck we won't fall apart against Dundee United, and show that we have some class.
Maybe the loss and the lack of being able to hold onto a lead will spur
management to sign Bellamy, get some defensive help. Then sign someone
to help mentor Marshall. With Magnus probably leaving and Rab being off
to Leceister City most probably, that challenge will be a real one.

Maybe now that Celtic aren't assured a Champions League place, Bellamy will opt to sign for a non-diddy club.

I think the likelyhood of him signing for Celtic was low as it was, the extra game should generate some more cash :)
Always look on the bright side of life....
