Look at what there doing to palermo with there second string in. They no that there is a slim chance at the scudetto so they didnt start anybody next week is what there playing for. Not one main starter is in the lineup. Liverpool bettter bring there A game or they wont have a chance against this determined Milan team. Forza Milano

LMAO!!!!! They just blew a 3-1 lead to draw at home and thus officially hand Juve the Serie A championship in front of their own fans! I'm sure Liverpool's knees are knocking

first, liverpool is a premiership squad which by birthright gives them an advantage over any serie a weekenders.
second, a beasley-less psv almost embarrassed ac on their own pitch.
third, the noticeable lack of flare tossing in istanbul will eliminate the possibility of another forfeit.
fourth, the dynamics have changed since the semi-finals. given that the final is not in england, baros might actually score.
and last, crespo's legs are still shot from the honeymoon. have you seen his new wife? he's gassed for sure and if he's not, he's an idiot.

Yes, Liverpool doesn't have a chance...
Just like they didn't have a chance against Juventus (who beat you and just won the scudetto)
and against the EPL Champions Chelsea, well they had no chance there either....

On paper Milan are a lot better than Liverpool but in a one off game like this it doesn't matter. I reckon the scousers have got a great chance and I will be cheering them on.

didnt you say that before you played psv? the only reason you advanced was because two lucky goals at the end of each game.

That made me laugh. :DI would like to sig him too but i can't fit it on :(
This what really gets on my nerves, all these arrogent AC Milan/Italian/Anti-premiership fans saying Liverpool don't stand a chance, of course Milan are the better team but that dosn't mean they're gonna win, Liverpool could play better than Milan on the night.

One foghat rattles off and all you people get your panties in a twist.
What kills me the most is how all of you are jumping on Milan because of this over-excited kid. How about the Liverpool will win the CL thread, no one jumped on Liverpool (not that they should). The people who bark the anti-premiership stuff are funny because we consider them to be the anti-serie a.
Liverpool fans are a respectable lot, especially Matt Clark. It's too bad that the "premiership defenders" don't share that class.

lol interesting post
but anyways, Milan is obviously the better team talent wise, but what matters is how the talent will be used on the 25th of May.
not the day after not the day before, on that day at that time
anything can happen weather you like it or not

Actually beasley did play in this match. :o although he was substituted at halftime. I think the match you're referring to is the return leg in Eindhoven.
I do agree, of course Milan are the clear favorites. Despite their history in this competition (Liverpool were a dominant force some twenty years ago), this is a matchup of the current Serie A champions (well as of last night at least) against the 5th place team in england. In a way, this is kind of like a chelsea vs udinese or sampdoria matchup.
with that said, anyone who takes Liverpool lightly, especially the Italians are fools. This is the same team that put out Juventus, who just beat Milan @ the san siro and also put out Chelsea - coached by last years CL winning manager. aslo rafa Benitez has shown himself to be a tactical genius, at least in Europe, this season and last -making Valencia the uefa cup champions. This is by no means an easy match to call.

That wasn't what I was trying to say. For the record though it's 50/50 as far as I'm concerned. I don't place us as having a huge advantage because of our recent lack of form.

Personally, I'd say 55/45 in Milan's favour, purely because they have the better players, but previous posts are true, its about who turns up on the day, not the day before

I think that Liverpool will probably surprise AC Milan in a close game.
I will tip a 2-1 win by Liverpool

I'm pretty sure that Milano = Inter and Milan = AC
