I was wondering if you guys know of a map or list of all the EPL teams and the citys they are located in?
I have a friend who is moving to cambridge and I was wondering what the nearest EPL team would be for him.
I googled w/ no success.
Thanks

For 2005/06:
Arsenal - London
Aston Villa - Birmingham
Birmingham City - Birmingham
Blackburn Rovers - Blackburn, Lancashire
Bolton Wanderers - Bolton, Greater Manchester
Charlton Athletic - London
Chelsea - London
Everton - Liverpool
Fulham - London
Liverpool - Liverpool
Manchester City - Manchester
Manchester United - Manchester
Middlesbrough - Middlesbrough, (was Cleveland, was North Yorkshire)
Newcastle United - Newcastle, Tyne & Wear
Portsmouth - Portsmouth, Hampshire
Sunderland - Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
Tottenham Hotspur - London
West Bromwich Albion - West Bromwich (Birmingham)
Wigan Athletic - Wigan, Greater Manchester
Plus either Preston North End - Preston, Lancashire, or West Ham United - London, depending on who wins the Championship play-off.
Basically, if you live in Cambridge your best choice will be one of the London teams - if you travel by train, the nearest would be Arsenal or Spurs, with West Ham, Chelsea and Fulham a bit further away, and Charlton furthest.

Or he could support Cambridge United FC that just got relegated from the Football League Two to the Conference National for the 2005-2006 season, or Cambridge City FC in the Conference South.

Or Histon, who got promoted to the Conference South. Used to live about 100 yards from their ground.

There's no neutral venue in England capable of holding the FA Cup final aside from Twickenham, and they're rugby only.

Bah. I'd rather play at a rugby stadium then in another country.

They'd rather you play in Wales than at their stadium.

Cardiff City compete in the FA cup so why not have the final in Cardiff, plus the stadium is quality.

agreed the stadium is top knotch plus it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get to cardiff like it does to get to wembley. i hated the old wembley and not just cos we lost all the time there

It's wrong. You've got West Bromwich near enough where Shrewsbury is and for some reason, closer the Welsh border than it is to the Blues ground. The Blues ground is about 5 miles away from the Albion ground - the Welsh border is probably about 80 or something.
