He would be leaving Cardiff in a coffin, providing the various parts of his body could be located first.

Yeah I don't think it's safe for him or his sons to be in England right now.

Beside Highbury.

Wrong. If he really cares he shows up over the summer and the start of next season. There is too much controversy for him to be there. It would be a huge distraction for all parties involved. Besides he was an owner before so if he wanted go to a match he would have.

Look, Glazer is a business man. Not a football fan, so it doesnt really matter if he turns up or not. He will only be successful if United are successful.

what happens if through Glazer, United experiences more success in the next five years, what will the fans think? Does success equal forgetting about the hatred of him? Not a born and bread United fan but have become one in the States.

I doubt Malcolm Glazer would ever come to England accept when he absolutely has to. His children are a different story..

Please remember that Mr.Glazer is in his 70's.
He probably doesn't get around too much anymore.

I don't give a sh!t if he is a business man and not a football fan. Football is also about caring and with this kind of game and this team he should at least attend one game. It would just be a slap in the face of the fans and the team itself if he doesn't.

The anger of United fans appears to be limitless but the "it's not my club anymore" comments are disingenuous and are more worthy of a drama queen. The fans had their one chance back in 1991 to truly own the club when it was floated on the stock exchange.
Few chose to buy shares when the opportunity presented itself and therefore set in motion the reality that the club would always be just one (or two) extremely wealthy speculators away from falling under the control of what the fans would consider an unworthy owner.

Well said, Glazer doesn't give a blip about the team, its history or the fans...
I heard an interview with associates of Glazer; they confirmed our fears and suspicions: Glazer 'the wad-head' only cares about himself.

I'm not a United fan, but I hate seeing him get control of your club. I hate what it means for the League and for football in general.

That having been said, I can't really fault him for not being in Cardiff. He is an incredibly divisive figure right now, and if he turned up at Millenium Stadium he would become the focus. The cameras would continue to pan towards him upon every goal, every missed shot, every substitution, every moment that they could possibly find an excuse to show him.

If anything, it shows a certain measure of class for Glazer not to be there. And that is the first time, and almost certainly the last, that I will say that about him.

Well said; Glazer is bad for the EPL and, as said, all football in general. Cheers!!

Abrohomoff brings his Russian mob oil money to England and people ooh-ahh, but are probably thankful right about now - especially Chelsea fans.

An American brings his money to England (alot of which was already there, mind you) and everyone is ready to turn in their season tickets.

Great! Turn them in. You can all cheer for Man City or Prawn Samwich FC or whatever.

Grow the ******** up. Glazer is a business man, pure and simple - if ManU sucked and wasn't worth used toilet paper, he wouldn't have bought your team.

There's a difference: the Russian mobster didn't go into debt buying Chelski, nor put the team in the 'red'. Glazer is up to his bloody eyes and more in debt with this takeover... whilst, Abrohomoff is using pocket change. I'd like to believe you're right, perhaps you are; however, one can't compare the Tsar of Chelski and Glazer, when it comes to the bottom line. Cheers!!!

I'm a clueless, illiterate troll with a tenuous grasp of reality. Someone please give me a job.

If you can't be bothered to learn the facts, don't simply assume that we're going to be entertained by you sticking your head up your ass.
