None of it's live. It's that same ole every Monday at 2am crap they've been putting on. FU FSC. Show some live rugby like you used to.

I have no problems with it if it's at 2 AM. But if Fox SOCCER Channel starts showing rugby when they could and should be showing the Beautiful Game, that would be a problem.

Actually they ran a game on 5/25 @ 6am ET that appeared to be live - "State
of Origin" match

I wish they'd show some at a time when I'm awake. I might watch some rugby, then.

Most of the matches come from New Zealand or Australia. So even if they showed them live it would likely be in the middle of the night in the U.S.

They solved that problem with DVR technology.

Well I only record things that I know I want to watch (things like weekday EPL matches that are on live when I'm at work, or Champs League matches, etc). I don't know that I want to record a whole lot of rugby. I might, if I could watch it more often, casually.

Sort of like a few summers ago I was between jobs for about a month, and it just so happened that FSW showed a whole lot of cricket one week. I was able to watch it because I was home, and so I did. While sort of interesting, it's not for me. But if I had been working (normal day shift hours), I never would have seen it, because I wouldn't have recorded it, because it wasn't something I needed to see.

I'm not a fan of rugby (yet?), but I'd watch it if it were on when I was home. I may find out I'm not a fan, but at least I'd know. With it coming on at 1am, I'm likely to never find out if I'm a fan, because I'm not going to record it.

Probably all my fault.

No, not really. Got it, you're a casual fan.

I wish there was at least some kind of highlights show during normal waking hours, to give you an incentive to record during odd hours. I thought they showed something like this once a week on Fox Sports World Report, (Matt Brown's report or some such) no? It's been a while since I've watched a full Fox Sports World Report.

Once the current Southern Hemisphere Rugby/Aussie Rules season ends (I think sometime in October), FSI has indicated that they'll sublicense those products to Setanta for broadcast on their pub/residential channel.

They ought to live up to the name Fox SOCCER channel.... if you have too much free space.. here are a bunch of suggestions; Show an extra MLS game per week.... Show old USMNT soccer games that were entertaining..... Show the best Copa Libertadores games of teh past few editions... Show Fox Soccer USA more often... Wait, scratch that.....

Soccer content is not that impossible to come by.... I don't see the need to show rugby IMO

Because the rugby shows have more and better paying advertisers than USMNT's greatest hits. Whether we like it or not, that's the fact.
