Raja of Morocco and TP Mazembe of Congo have advanced to the semifinals. Raja will play the second place team from group two (likely Asec of Cote d'Ivoire). Mazembe will play the winner of Zamalek (Egypt) and Esperance (Tunisia). If the later match ends up in a draw, Asec will in all likelihood finish first and Zamalek second.

The first legs of the semifinals will be the first week of November.
