Help!

Hi Everyone!
Please could someone explain to me how to post pictures on here! I can see the insert image icon and understand that you have to enter an address between and but how do I create an address for a pic that is held in My Documents file on my c drive?

You can upload your photos to a hosting site such as www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us (both are free). Then the image tags will work.
