Anybody ever have a problem with them responding to emails, i accidently ordered the wrong size and sent numerous emails trying to correct it and no repsonse so i called and i guess there the wrong size. i have ordered from them before and they were fine.

I think people on here have had problems with them not responding to e-mail. I think they best option would be to give them a call.

are the sizes on PD in UK? also is a 8UK the same as a 9US

i'm pretty sure there in uk, i ordered a 9.5 from there instead of a 9

and you guys are saying that possibly they got the emails they just do what it says then they don't respond back?

I had been quite regular with PDS And never had any problems.

Returns was replaced and dispatch to me within 7 to 8 days (I'm from Malaysia).

Jonathan Hook responded ASAP almost every time I sent him emails.

No problems with all my orders and deliveries.

May be their servers are down or some technical problem if there any delays.

PDS is one of the best on-line retailers in the UK.

Sorry tht you hv problems.

As mentioned, should contacting them via phone if possible.

i'm not bashing them at all, they were great to me my first time, the thing is i got them customized so i can't send them back...ugh they get here in 4 days i hope there the right size

Strange that I'm from Singapore, your next door neighbour, yet I have so many problems with them in the past. No replies to emails at all, and I had to hassle a reply out of them, or make long distance calls to them. Heck, even when making the phone calls, some of the reps told me different things about the order status that did not make sense, i.e. Day 7 "Your order was shipped" Day 8 "Sorry we will ship next Week".

Worst thing that happened was the episode where they sent me the wrong item, asked me to return it, only to hear soon after that they did not have the sense/courtesy to reserve the correct item for me while all this was going on, and I could only request a alternative item instead. :rolleyes:

And even the refund for the difference in price between the original item and the alternative item, took a long long time to get to me, and only after many phone calls too.

Shame about PDS, I like their great selection of boots and how quickly they get the newest boots. But now I'd rather buy from soccer.com, even though they do not ship to Singapore and I have to use a forwarding service's USA address instead. i.e. more shipping charges.
