the difference in talent betewn mendoza and anyone in peru is vast

the fowards we have there miss easy goals in peru

no one seemed to jump on vargas, he cost us the game against ecuador with his stupid ass clearence, and he nearly cost us the match againt paraguay luckily ibanez saved the penalty

point is, players will make mistakes, they shoudlnt be cast aside because of them, mostly because we dont have many players to choose from to begin with

And you really have to consider Mendoza's psychological state too. Yes, he has more talent than any forward in Peru but that doesn't mean sh!t when you have no confidence whatsoever and are afraid of ********ing up. I'd rather have a determined, focused Vassallo or Alva ( :D ) than a distracted Mendoza.

i agree, theres gotta be some incentive for the guys in the local league to reach a new level and a spot in the NT is the thing to do it. plus i dont see much point in flying someone from the other side of the world just so that they could sit on the bench.

i think that if we play farfan in the right mid then our mid would be faster since ñol is getting slow as hell...when i saw him play in against brazil, i noticed that roberto carlos didnt even break a sweat trying to catch up and tackle him...we need a faster pace in our mid and farfan can provide it if he teams up with cominges...

:( thats what im worried about, colombia's defense.

perea plays at atl.madrid, cordoba at inter.... much in contrast to our defense :D

those 3 cant play together, peru gives away the midfield if we play with 3 fowards

farfan has to be a foward, pizarro is better than guerrero

and btw i said alva and vasallo would have trouble breaking the colombian defence, which is in my opinion one of the best in the continent
