I am not nor ever will be in Metronation, but the $25 is for the membership for their "supporters club." Its more then a tailgate, but not much more, judging from the amount of support they offer.

If anyone is showing up to the stadium before the match to drink and kick around the ball, I would reccomend swinging by near Gate C, which is near your entrance to the England supporters sections. A fair amount in the Empire Supporters Club should be there drinking, lots of expat Irish, English and Scots.

Please buy online, because it helps us get a head count. Also, we are charging an extra $5 at the tailgate to incetivize people to buy online. You just bring your receipt, get a stamp and start eating and drinking. We will have soft drinks, but BYOB.

Sounds great it's a shame I can't make the match. I apologise for the behavior of my compatriot, most of us are decent, friendly, civilised human beings.
