After playing yesterday the "webbing" on the inside of my F50+s was coming off. I played today and it became worse and I had to cut the hanging rubber off as it got worse. I bought them in March...exactly 2 months to the date on Saturday. Anyone who has sent back pred's for a new pair do you still have the contact info? Thanks a lot.

Yea but after a while it comes off. Also the flash makes them look brighter than they really are.

Well I'm not mad....yet. If I get the runaround when trying to get a new pair then I'll be pissed.

Email adidas customer service, explain your problem, they'll send you a form with a confirmation number.

Personally I would send them back without an email to them first. Put a letter telling them why you are sending them back in the box. I have heard that if you try to email them first they won't take them back. Hope that helped!

Adidas USA won't take a package with out a confirmation number on the outside. I think they destroy the package...maybe they send them back. At least that's what they USED to do. I haven't damaged anything out from them in awhile.
