Guatemala's next two games are Mexico at home and Costa Rica on the road. What does Guatemala do? How many points do they need in these next two games?

guatemala needs to play well :D . they need the 6 points to make sur they are in the top 3

4 points would be GREAT, as would 2 or three. The most critical game is in Costa Rica, since they are the most likely rival to compete for the third qualifying spot.

Six points seems too unattainable. I hope they can beat Mexico and tie Costa Rica. But I'm not even sure of that. Guatemala seems to have a tough time beating Costa Rica on their home pitch. Either way, these are some tough games coming up, I would like them to come away with points in both games.
I'm also not sure of Carlos Ruiz's status for the game against Mexico. I swore when they were playing USA in Birmingham, Ruiz received a yellow card and the announcers said that was his second in WCQ play and we wouldn't be able to play against Mexico.

Guatemala needs to beat mexico at home and hopefully tie in Costa Rica, but the chance of Guatemala tieing Costa Rica is pretty low.They should get 3-4 points from these games.

Guatemala has to win in Guatemala and look for the win in costa rica, but we know its hard to win outside but not impossible.

That suks that Carlos Ruiz cant play against Mexico.who do u think should take his place for this game.I say Mario Acevedo to pair up with Plata.

Edwin "El Venado" Villatoro needs to be called up once again. Acevedo already had his chance.
Sandoval with Villatoro with Plata coming in or
Daniel Pedroza with Villatoro with Plata or Sandoval coming in.
Bring in yound blood like Pedroza, Villatoro, Sandoval, or Johny Brown and not the same old luggage because they play for the big teams.
