Hello all question. If you were the boss of your club who would you off load or cut the fat from?

Well McLaughlin will be joing Morton. After a VERY slow start with us he was beginning to show some form. Not seen enough to be totally convinced but the boy can run all day and McInally likes that. He'll be filling the Neil Lennon role in the team next season.
Maisano, J Walker, McLean, Dillon, Mahood and Williams would all be gone if I was the 'Ton boss. I think they all will be gone along with John Adam and Paul Walker :(.

I am not saying Balde is bad but he seems to be a bit slower of late and the back has allowed to many soft goals. I just think the toll of NT duty as well as Europe is stretching him a bit thin. I think McManus may be the way to go. Either way a defender and keeper are a must this offseason.

Sylla, Fernandez. I like Hedman and don't believe he should have not
been kept no. 1 longer. I feel there are lapses for Rab and Marshall
just needs time and a stronger defense around him.
I think Beattie is a winner.

Sylla, Fernandez, Lambert (Going anyway) Hedman certainly, maybe Douglas if we get any better in, if not keep him.
Decent money from Bayern Munich (If rumours are true) would see Balde off if it was up to me.
