just have to comment what a goal by tiago you wont see many of those come for him. He didnt even mean to do it i dont think, i think it was a cross from 35yards and caroll just watched it dip into the goal what a goalllllll :rolleyes:

On a not related to this match note, did you know that Jose was married and has kids? I had no idea.....wonder if he is a tool at home too? ;)

I think the way it is now is pretty good-top 2 AUTOMATICALLY go but others have to qualify.

well, its called the Champions League and the team that finished 4th in England is in the final. I think it should only be the team that wins the league of each country, but the big teams would not go for that because of the $$$$

And by the way Eidur just made it 2-1 Chelski-if you looked at the shots on goal for the 1st half it should have been 25-1....hats off to Carlo for having a great match.

but the idea of only 2 teams going into the champ league and the other 2 in the top going to eufa along with another 2 or 3 wouldnt be so bad. so anyway why is it called the champions league when liverpool havent been premiership champions in years :confused:

i say the champion goes to the champions league and the winner of the FA Cup and Carling Cup go to the UEFA Cup, just like the good old days. more teams would care about the FA and League Cups and teams would have to put a serious team together to contend for the Champions League. The CL used to be called the European Champions Cup or something like that.

I liked Jose's reaction to that goal ... bemused.
Hope that Chelski puts another one past Carroll. Want to see Sir Fergy have to shake Jose's hand after a 1-3 loss.

Chelsea are now up 3-1. Joe Cole was slightly offside though. Oh well...

Did Gilberto play in the last Man U match and Senderos? I can't remember....
I think that Arsenal are something like 45 games undefeated with Gilberto on the pitch.

I think Tiago was going for goal but no way was he going for that top corner. Well struck fluke.
Pretty sure that Gilberto wasn't even on the bench for that match against ManU.
That loss was when Campbell was hurting ... looked awful and Cygan even played better than Sol. Senderos should make a big difference.
