Every time I log into the official club web-site they have a 'pic' of Marlon and a couple of others modelling the new home kit with the words "Hard As Iron", which is an example of good branding, except for one thing... those stripes across the new shirt make them look like pansies, what an absolutely dreadful design... I swear there isn't one person down UP that has a feckin clue as to what they are doing... it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
They're going to be wearing them this Sat apparently, which is excellent, because Ipswich players will be laughing so hard they won't compete... ;)

the metrostars kit isn't too bad, just a copy of milan, those stripes on our new kit make the players look more like a dance troupe than a football team... is the new away kit going to have sequins to match? ;)

Mark - will you be at Scallwags to admire the new strip on Saturday morning?

Indubitably my friend. Probably bleary eyed, and somewhat moody but I'll be there... I still think they'll look like a bunch of break-dancers but whatya' gonna' do?

See you there, then. Regarding the strip, I thought that when we went back to the change strip with the two hoops a couple of years back that we'd be more traditional. I wish they would just simplify both strips and have that more traditional look.
